Delivery Times

Our delivery times are estimates only and are not guarantees.  These time estimates do not include the fulfillment time to make your product prior to shipment.  The delivery timeframes are always in business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and can differ for various reasons including, but not limited to, customs issues, the carrier selected, etc.

Please note that once your order is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are beyond our control. We recommend using tracking information when available to ensure your order is successfully delivered.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, Five Fifteen is not responsible for any losses or damages.  It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor the tracking information provided and contact the relevant carrier to ensure your order arrives safely and timely.

Five Fifteen is not held responsible for:

  • Wrong addresses provided by the customer.
  • Errors made by the carrier.
  • Issues with customs.
  • Issues delivering to P.O. Boxes
  • Packages stolen after delivery.

Customs, Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. Five Fifteen does not have any control over these fees and since these fees vary by location/country, we are unable to give an estimated cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
